Realme seems ready to add a new member to its P4 lineup. After launching the Realme P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G in India on August 20, the company is now gearing up to introduce the Realme P4x 5G. A teaser page for the phone has already gone live on a major e-commerce platform, giving us an early look at its design and features. From the images shared, the device sports slim bezels and a centered hole punch for the selfie camera.
Realme P4x 5G to Be Available on Flipkart
The newly published landing page confirms that the Realme P4x 5G will be sold online through Flipkart. The microsite carries the tagline “Built to be Fastest,” clearly hinting that Realme is targeting mobile gamers with this model. According to the details shared, the phone will support 90 fps gaming when GT Mode is enabled.
Realme is also highlighting the phone’s thermal performance. The P4x 5G is being promoted as the only device in its price bracket to feature a vapour chamber cooling system. The company claims it can keep up to 90 apps running in the background without slowing down. The phone will also support 45W fast charging and comes with bypass charging to help maintain battery health during long gaming sessions.
Where It Stands in the Series
The P4x 5G will follow the Realme P3x 5G, which launched in India earlier this year in February. The P3x came with a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, a 6.7 inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a large 6000mAh battery.
This upcoming launch also arrives just weeks after Realme unveiled the broader P4 series. In comparison, the higher-end Realme P4 Pro 5G features a 6.8 inch AMOLED display with a blazing 144Hz refresh rate, 6500 nits peak brightness, and is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.
Broader Market Activity
The smartphone market is buzzing right now across multiple segments. In the premium mid-range space, the Honor Magic 8 Mini is tipped to arrive with a powerful new MediaTek chip. OnePlus is also making headlines as the OnePlus 15R is confirmed to go on sale in India via a major online retailer. And for photography enthusiasts, Realme has introduced the GT 8 Pro in India, featuring Ricoh GR imaging technology.
