It’s 2024 and Apple is still being trolled for the awkward charging port on its Magic Mouse. But things are about to change.
The charging port is placed on the bottom of the mouse which makes it impossible to use it when put on charging.
Earlier this year, Apple refreshed its Magic Mouse but that was all about the Type-C port and new colours.
It seems that Apple has finally given up and is planning to give consumers what they want.
Bloomberg reports that Apple is working on a completely redesigned Magic Mouse which includes changing the location of the charging port.
The new Magic Mouse will be consumer-friendly. Apple’s new mouse will align with current computer usage trends.
He also suggested the next Magic Mouse will be more ergonomic and comfortable to use.
The new Magic Mouse will be in the development stage for at least 12 to 18 months and is expected to launch in 2026.
