Dyson has expanded its air purifier lineup in India with the launch of the Dyson HushJet Purifier Compact, introduced on Wednesday. The new model is designed for users who want powerful indoor air purification without the noise. It features an upgraded filtration system that includes an activated carbon filter to remove odors and an electrostatic filter capable of trapping ultrafine particles as small as 0.3 microns. The purifier also works with the MyDyson app, allowing users to track real-time air quality, schedule operations, and manage settings remotely. For added convenience, it supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and comes with an integrated LCD display that instantly shows the current air quality levels.

Dyson has priced the HushJet Purifier Compact at Rs. 29,900. It is available in Black and Teal color options. Customers can buy it from Dyson’s official online store as well as Dyson demo stores across India.

The purifier is built with a compact, portable design and introduces a brand-new airflow system. At the center of this is the HushJet Entrainment Nozzle, a star-shaped mechanism that replaces Dyson’s traditional Air Multiplier technology. This new design aims to deliver cleaner air while operating much more quietly.
The filtration system captures 99.97 percent of particles—including dust, mold, allergens, and other pollutants—and the filter is rated to last up to five years, reducing maintenance needs. With a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 250 m³/h, Dyson claims the purifier can effectively cover spaces up to 1,076 sq ft. Despite this power, it can operate at noise levels as low as 24dB in Sleep Mode, making it suitable for bedrooms and workspaces.
The device is engineered to target a wide range of indoor pollutants, including PM2.5, PM10, pet dander, mold spores, and nitrogen dioxide from cooking. Built-in sensors continually monitor the surrounding environment, enabling the purifier to automatically adjust its performance based on air quality.
The front LCD screen uses a clear color-coded system—from green for good air to purple for severe pollution—so users can see real-time changes at a glance. This launch follows other recent additions to Dyson’s portfolio, including the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP2 De-NOx and HP1, further expanding the company’s environmental control range in India.
The HushJet Purifier Compact measures 450 × 230 × 230mm and weighs 3.5kg, making it easy to move around the home.
