Nothing’s budget-friendly sub-brand, CMF, is finally bringing its “Pro” lineup to India. After launching internationally late last year, the company has officially confirmed that the CMF Watch 3 Pro and CMF Headphone Pro are coming to Indian shelves soon.
A New Round Watch with AI
The CMF Watch 3 Pro marks a design shift for the brand. Unlike its square predecessors, this model features a classic round face with a sharp 1.43-inch AMOLED display. It is bright, too, peaking at 670 nits, which should make it readable under the Indian sun.
The hardware is solid—you get built-in GPS for tracking runs without your phone and an aluminum alloy body rated IP68 for water resistance. But the headline feature is software. The watch comes with ChatGPT integration, letting you access AI answers directly from your wrist. Battery life is rated at 13 days, so you won’t be charging it every night.
100 Hours of Battery on a Single Charge
The CMF Headphone Pro is the brand’s first attempt at big, over-ear wireless headphones. The biggest selling point here is endurance. CMF claims a massive 100 hours of playback time. Even if you turn on Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), you still get about 50 hours of juice.
Audio quality should be crisp, thanks to 40mm drivers and support for LDAC, a high-quality audio codec. Interestingly, CMF has added a physical “smart dial” on the earcup to control volume and playback, moving away from the finicky touch controls found on many competitors.
Market Impact & Context
Pricing will be the deciding factor here. In global markets like the US and Europe, both products sell for around $99 (approx. ₹8,000). If CMF launches them in India at a similar or slightly lower price point, they will fill a major gap.
Right now, the Indian market is flooded with cheap wearables under ₹3,000 and expensive premium gear over ₹20,000. There are very few quality options in the middle. A pair of headphones with 100-hour battery life and a unique design could easily disrupt the segment, challenging established players like Sony and JBL who often reserve premium features for pricier models.
What Comes Next
While we don’t have an exact release date yet, the official teasers suggest a launch is imminent. Expect the devices to land in the brand’s signature colors—Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange—very soon.
