The Redmi Note 15 series is set to debut in India in early January 2026. The launch marks the brand’s first major smartphone release of the year. Check the article for more details.
Redmi Note 15 Specifications and Display (Expected)
The Redmi Note 15 is expected to feature a 6.77inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is expected to support a high brightness level. This will be suitable for outdoor use as well.
The design will likely follow Xiaomi’s modern and minimal look. It will also have slim bezels and a centred punch-hole camera on the front.
Camera, Performance and Battery (Expected)
The smartphone is said to come with a 108MP main camera, positioned as part of Xiaomi’s new MasterPixel Edition. Supporting sensors, such as an ultra-wide and depth camera could also be included for added flexibility in photography.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset is likely to power the phone. The phone is expected to run HyperOS based on Android 15.

In terms of battery, the Redmi Note 15 may carry a 5,520mAh unit with 45W fast charging support. This would allow users to charge the device quickly and use it through an entire day on a single charge.
Redmi Note 15 Price and Availability (Expected)
The Redmi Note 15 is expected to start at around Rs 20,000 in India for the base model. The Pro and Pro+ variants are also likely to launch soon after.
The series will be available through Mi.com, Flipkart and authorised retail outlets across the country. Buyers can also expect early-bird offers and bank discounts during the first sale.
The upcoming launch could set a strong start for the brand’s 2026 smartphone lineup. This would compete directly with rivals like Realme, Samsung and iQOO in the market. What’s your take on this?
