Oppo is gearing up to launch its next big flagships — the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro — starting with an official reveal in China on October 16. Both phones will debut with the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Oppo has already confirmed that the lineup is coming to India in November, but until now, the exact launch date was under wraps.
India Launch and Pricin (Expected)
According to a fresh leak from SmartPrix and tipster Yogesh Brar, the Oppo Find X9 series will make its India debut on November 18. This aligns with Oppo’s earlier teaser at India Mobile Congress 2025, where the company only promised a November release.
As for pricing, the Find X9 Pro is expected to cost under ₹1,00,000, while the standard Find X9 may launch at around ₹65,000. Both Indian variants will come with the same Dimensity 9500 processor as their Chinese counterparts.
Oppo Find X9 Series Specifications (Expected)
Interestingly, Oppo seems to be mixing things up with the displays. The Find X9 Pro is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The vanilla Find X9, on the other hand, is rumored to sport a slightly smaller 6.59-inch LTPO OLED panel but with a sharper 2K resolution and the same 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, both devices will be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500, paired with an Arm G1-Ultra GPU clocked at 4.21GHz. Oppo claims this combo offers a 33% boost in graphics performance and 42% better power efficiency compared to the previous generation. The Pro model in India could pack up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, making it a powerhouse on paper.
The Oppo Find X9 Pro is expected to bring serious camera upgrades. The triple-rear setup may include a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultrawide lens, and a massive 200MP Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto camera with 3x digital zoom. Oppo has already confirmed that this 200MP telephoto lens will be Hasselblad-tuned for extra finesse.
The standard Find X9 won’t be far behind either. Rumors suggest it will feature a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultrawide, and a 50MP Samsung JN9 periscope camera. For selfies, both phones could offer a 50MP front camera.
The Bigger Picture
With the Find X9 series, Oppo seems to be going all-in on performance, display quality, and especially camera hardware. If the leaks hold true, the lineup could turn out to be a strong contender in India’s ultra-premium smartphone market.
