itroen India has taken the wraps off the refreshed Citroen C3X, part of its ‘Citroen 2.0 – Shift Into the New’ strategy. The compact SUV now comes with 15 new features and several segment-first technologies, starting at an attractive Rs. 7.91 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bookings and Variants
Bookings for the 2025 Citroen C3X have officially opened, and deliveries are scheduled to start in the first week of September. Customers will be able to choose from five monotone and two dual-tone exterior colours, along with three interior themes, giving the SUV a more personalized appeal.
Tech and Exterior Highlights
The updated Citroen C3X packs in some smart upgrades. It now offers proxi-sense passive entry and cruise control with speed limiter for easier driving. Buyers can also opt for the Halo 360-degree camera, which provides seven different viewing modes.
Other useful additions include an auto-dimming IRVM, full LED lighting, and a rear USB Type-C fast charger, improving both safety and convenience.
Step inside, and the Citroen C3X feels more premium than before. The cabin features a stylish metropolitan leatherette-wrapped instrument panel and a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Despite the new tech, the SUV continues to impress with its roomy interior and practical 315-litre boot capacity.
On the safety front, the 2025 Citroen C3X now comes with six airbags, ESP, and ABS with EBD, making it one of the more secure options in its class.
Engine and Performance
Under the hood, the Citroen C3X is offered with two petrol engines: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated unit and a more powerful 1.2-litre turbo petrol. Both engines are paired with manual or automatic transmission choices.
Fuel efficiency remains strong, with a claimed mileage of up to 19.3kmpl. Performance enthusiasts will appreciate that the turbo version can sprint from zero to 100kmph in under 10 seconds.
